So to add to my techno tools, I have released a full fledged iPhone app. This one lets you track and manage your Intermittent Fasting sessions. The app is really built for me, because well, I hated always trying to workout how long I was fasting for, how long I had left, when did I start etc. Yes I have a bad memory. Yes I am that lazy.
