Notes on Results:

The LDL you entered and the “Friedewald LDL” should be the same or very close.

Most doctors use this equation to calculate your LDL numbers. If your triglycerides are low, the Iranian Equation is a more accurate number of your LDL numbers. If you want more information please see my post here.

These are my pre-primal numbers 11/09, after eating real whole foods including carbs.
I am having lipids taken again the beginning of Oct,’10. after being on primal for 2+ months. I will resubmit then.
