I’m a 50 yr old female 5’9″ and 143 lbs. lightly active, your calculator says that I should eat 1879 calories daily. 25% Fat (BMI)

I want to loose fat (to 20% or so) and drop probably 8 pounds.

What is the right proportion between Proteins, Carbohidrates & Fat that I should follow to be able to loose the fat and the pounds?

My BMR is 2146 … I want…need to loose at least 10 -15 lbs…how many calories should I be consuming? and the ration of Protein, Carbs and Fat?
