If you’re able to hold a conversation whilst lifting, you are not lifting heavy enough.
If you think the gym is a good place to chat-up the opposite sex, stop.
Don’t try to get someone’s attention while they are lifting, this includes asking them how many more sets and asking if they can use the weights after you. Respect the lift.
If your gym doesn’t have a squat rack, move.
If your gym doesn’t have anywhere to do chin-ups, move.
