This behemoth of a book is required reading if you wish to delve deeper into the paleo diets core and its complete contrast to the current conventional diet!
Full of great studies and disseminations of the conventional diet, it is a great book to read and refer to when you are arguing with people who think you are crazy for eating half a pig of bacon every day.
The Primal Blueprint by Mark Sisson
This book introduced me to the paleo lifestyle and is by far one of the most easily and accessible books on the subject. Mark details with incredibly simplicity, how to live a long, healthy and fun life using his 10 COMMANDSMENTS
Probably the best book for the beginners as its light on the technical jargon and big on the content.
The Paleo Diet by Prof. Loren Cordain
The original Paleo Diet book. Prof. Cordain explains the paleo diet and why it works for humans as well as providing lots of tips and recipes for living the paleo way. Another fundamental book.
The Protein Power Lifeplan by Michael Eades and Mary Dan Eades.
An incredibly scientific and intense look at eating how evolution intended us to. Lots of protein, moderate carbs and restricted carbohydrates. The Eades’ deliver scientific truths at you with an incredibly rate. A more advanced read, but great none the less!
The Paleo Solution by Robb Wolf
At moment of writing, this book is yet to be released, but if you have listened to Robb Wolf on the Paleolithic Solution podcast or gone to one of his seminars you know that this guy is an absolute genius when it comes to nutrition and fitness.
