According to Food Standards Australia
“Raw milk is milk that has not undergone a heat treatment process such as pasteurisation or thermisation to kill pathogenic bacteria.”
To put it simply raw cows milk is ILLEGAL to sell for consumption in all states and territories in Australia. The government believes they know what’s best for us, even though there are many benefits in drinking raw milk.
Unhomogenized milk is legal for sale, but I doubt you will find it in the grocery store. Instead head to your local farmers markets, and I am sure you will find someone selling it (and if its like where I live, it sell FAST).
Raw milk IS however available for sale as a natural bathing product, and if you wish to use it as such, I have included a list of locations on where to buy raw milk in Australia. I can’t verify all of these, so if I have wrong information or you want to add another to the list please email me

I will leave you with a quote from one of my idles, and hopefully it will make you think.
“If people let government decide what foods they eat and what medicines they take, their bodies will soon be in as sorry a state as are the souls of those who live under tyranny.”
— Thomas Jefferson
